Stella Pelegano has owned and operated her stained glass business since 1980. What began as a hobby on her front porch turned into a full time business. After working on her home property for 22 years, the business, which continued to grow, was moved to a larger building in Plantsville, CT. 

Stella is a self taught artist. When it comes to stained glass, each project is a work of art and no matter the complexity of the pattern, ‘it can be done’. It is Stella’s aim to provide the opportunity for anyone to own a piece of stained glass art. Although many of Pelegano’s Stained Glass Studio customers are corporations and architectural firms, Stella also caters to the home owner. She works with each customer to design the perfect piece of stained glass for their individual need. 

Stained Glass can be custom designed to fit your application and your imagination. Each piece is filled with beauty, color and originality. Whether it’s stained glass with a variety of colors or a beveled cluster design it creates a look of elegance and beauty. 

Whether working on an entry way, windows, cabinets, or what have you, each is custom made and a true work of art. 

30 local artists are represented in her gallery. You will find fine art, pottery, handmade fur bears, and more. Stella believes that by helping others to succeed the world will be a better place.

And, when it comes to stained glass, there are few limitations. To Stella, limitations just represent another challenge.
